Multiple / Duplicate Accounts

You may not register for more than one account on MadNoodle Gift Cards. Persons that register more than one account on MadNoodle Gift Cards are subject to immediate closure of all their accounts without warning and without refund of purchased gift cards that have been checked out. If you believe your account has been incorrectly suspended, you may contact MadNoodle Gift Cards via support@madnoodle.com to verify your account. We may request your phone number, a valid government ID, or any other form of identification that may help us verify your identity.

During the registration process you must choose a username. MadNoodle Gift Cards reserves the right to terminate any username without prior notice if it is reasonably believed to be in contravention of these aforementioned terms.

MadNoodle Gift Cards reserves the right to suspend or permanently disqualify any user, at its sole discretion. Users will be suspended or disqualified when in the reasonable opinion of MadNoodle Gift Cards the user has violated any laws or the rights of third parties. Users may also be suspended or disqualified to protect the rights of other users and/or to prevent manipulation or fraudulent use of MadNoodle Gift Cards.

MadNoodle Gift Cards reserves the right to limit the number of gift cards you may participate in and/or the number of successfully purchases that are made at its sole discretion.

Payments / Checkout

Upon selecting a gift card and or adding to your cart you must complete the purchase within the allotted reserved checkout time, such purchases must be paid for in full upon placement of the order.

Payments can be made via major credit/debit cards.

In the event of non-payment, MadNoodle Gift Cards reserves the right to withhold all of the user’s pending orders until the resolution of any debt owed. In the event of a returned payment, MadNoodle Gift Cards reserves the right to withhold all of the user’s pending orders until the resolution of any debt owed, in addition to charging a returned payment fee of $35 for each returned payment.

Gift Card Purchases and Use

All Gift Card purchases are final and subject to the Terms and Conditions by the actual store. Madnoodle is not responsible for expired cards or any conflicts that result as a result of purchasing these cards. All gift cards must be used within the allotted time as specified with in each partner store terms and conditions, failure to do so could result in lost redemption value.

All cards purchased should be used with the intent of use and not intended to be resold across other gift card networks, websites, and or persons. Cards can be gifted to whomever the original purchaser sees fit. If at any time MadNoodle discovers that a partner card is being resold; the associated account will be suspended upon further investigation. All accounts are subject to review as outlined in the terms and conditions.

Promotions

Except as explicitly specified elsewhere, promotions and any redeemed promotional offers may expire at any time with no warning or reason given.

MadNoodle Gift Cards additionally reserves the right to revoke an already redeemed promotional offer “for cause” if, in their sole discretion, MadNoodle Gift Cards personnel believe that the offer was redeemed under false pretenses, or was redeemed multiple times per person or was redeemed fraudulently or with the intent to defraud MadNoodle Gift Cards or other customers.

If a promotional offer is revoked by MadNoodle Gift Cards personnel “for cause”, MadNoodle Gift Cards reserves the right to permanently cancel and revoke orders, and/or other possible direct or indirect beneficial outcomes of the promotional offer, wherever orders or beneficial outcomes may be associated with any accounts linked to the customer that is the target of the revocation.

Pricing & Typographical Errors

Except where noted otherwise, the “Buy Now Price” and “Retail Price” displayed for products on our website represent the full retail price of the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere.

In certain rare cases, it may occur that MadNoodle Gift Cards personnel make typographical errors while entering pricing information. Although MadNoodle Gift Cards strives to ensure the accuracy of all its pricing information, MadNoodle Gift Cards reserves the right to correct placed orders for mispriced items at any time up to time of shipment. If order prices require correction that will result in a net increase in the order total, MadNoodle Gift Cards will contact the customer and offer the choice of the corrected price or a full refund for all charges associated with the transaction.

Refund Policy

Madnoodle is not held responsible for failure in usage of any given Noodle gift card according to the terms and conditions of each individual store. If conflict regarding a gift card code and its respective store occurs for any reason, Madnoodle is not responsible for resolving said conflict. Issues with any given partner store (both current and past) should be dealt with by contacting the partner store directly. A refund for the allotted purchased price of the gift card will be awarded if a purchase made with a Madnoodle gift card is not honored. Madnoodle will evaluate each claim on a case by case basis. The Noodler is responsible for providing any and all documentation verifying all transactions and resulting conflict. Madnoodle holds ultimate discretion and authority to reject any refund claims.

If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
